The MidStates Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association (MSHPBA) is an affiliate of the Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association (HPBA), established to promote member interests in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia.

Overview
MidStates HPBA was established in January 2000 to promote member interests in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio & West Virginia.

MidStates HPBA offers membership opportunities to all non-manufacturing companies directly or indirectly involved in the hearth, patio & barbecue industry.
MidStates HPBA's goal is to improve the quality of our members' businesses. This in turn raises the standards of the industry, putting it in a better position to experience growth.

    • Members can enroll in NFI/HPBEF certification exams, review current certifications, review credit transcripts as well as make product purchases from the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Education Foundation (HPBEF) store.
    • Committee members can access their specific committee page(s), read announcements, email committee members and upload committee related documents.
    • National Fireplace Institute (NFI) Certified non-members, lapsed members and anyone who has created an account has access to certification and continuing education credits (CEU) information, purchase education materials and other merchandise available to non-members and make changes to individual contact information.
